If you aren’t sure what’s going on in the city or are looking to make new connections, Tandem Experiences is for you.

Your membership involves a modest monthly fee which is used to support our operational costs.

How do we provide such fantastic perks and offers at such a low cost? Here’s our secret: Our dedicated curation team collaborates with arts and culture partners across the city to bring incredible offers exclusively to our members. In return, we offer our partners promotional support through our extensive social media networks and app. This symbiotic relationship allows us to maintain high-quality benefits for you while supporting the local arts and culture scene. It's truly a win-win situation.

Our goal is to foster a more vibrant and creatively connected city. We invite you to join us on this mission.

Tandem+ members enjoy perks and freebies that are unique to each experience. These may include complimentary beverages, appetizers, desserts, table or seat upgrades, swag, signed merchandise, meet and greets with performers, line skip, VIP service, etc.

Tandem Experiences is currently available in Toronto, Canada.

We’re looking to partner with local independent restaurants and small-to-medium sized performing arts organizations. If that sounds like you, complete the form on the partner page and we’ll be in touch!

If you decide to cancel your membership, we aim to make your exit as smooth as your entry. Email us at membership@tandemexperiences.com with your cancellation request. For a faster processing, please include your full name and email address. We will take care of your request promptly and send you a confirmation once everything is finalized.

Certain perks, including free ticket offers, are exclusive to Tandem+ Insiders and cannot be transferred. This policy is in place to help us maintain a curated, safe, and positive environment for all our members.

However, where possible, we may extend discounts or special offers to you and one or more guests. We will work to communicate any details or limitations clearly, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out at membership@tandemexperiences.com. We are here to ensure you have the best experience with all the benefits our community has to offer.

Currently, some event and restaurant partners do not have fully accessible venues. This is a significant challenge and we are proactively working to collaborate with venue and restaurant providers who prioritize accessibility, ensuring a wider selection of events that everyone can enjoy.
